Shipping Policy

At nuwbaby, we want every order to arrive safely, smoothly, and as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for details about processing times, delivery estimates, shipping costs, tracking, and delivery issues.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to selected regions where our products are available for sale. Shipping availability may vary depending on your delivery address, local regulations, and carrier coverage.
If your address is not supported at checkout, we may not currently be able to deliver to your location.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Standard Shipping
Standard shipping usually takes 6 to 10 business days after your order has been processed and dispatched.
Delivery times may vary depending on your country, region, local courier performance, customs processing, holidays, and other factors outside of our control.
Express Shipping
Where available, express shipping may be offered at checkout. Express delivery usually takes 4 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier availability.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless clearly stated at checkout.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, shipping method, and order size.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. If your order qualifies, the free shipping option will appear at checkout.
4. Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
5. Order Tracking
After your order ships, we will send tracking details to the email address used at checkout.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch. If your tracking link does not update immediately, this usually means the courier is still scanning the package into their system.
6. Delivery Issues
Delayed Deliveries
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally happen due to weather, courier disruptions, customs checks, high seasonal demand, incorrect address details, or other circumstances outside our control.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
nuwbaby is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
Missed or Failed Delivery Attempts
If a courier is unable to deliver your order, they may leave a delivery notice, attempt redelivery, or hold the parcel at a local pickup location.
If the parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or failure to collect, additional shipping costs may apply.
7. Shipping Restrictions
We may not be able to ship to certain addresses, including some P.O. boxes, military addresses, remote locations, or restricted regions.
Some products may also be restricted in certain countries or regions due to local regulations. If your order cannot be shipped to your location, you will be notified during checkout or contacted by our support team.
8. Customs, Duties, and Import Fees
Depending on your country, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local fees.
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
nuwbaby is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
9. Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with household members, neighbors, building reception, or your local courier.
If you still cannot locate the package, contact us and we will do our best to help investigate the issue with the courier.
